For the Above & Beyond series I wanted to develop something that adhered to the underlying themes and bold visual qualities of my previous works, while introducing a more rugged, demanding presentation.
Each painting in this series oozes with texture and depth, unrefined ombré backdrops overlain with delicate highlights, rich colours and complimenting accents, rewarding observers with something new upon every viewing.
